There is no opportunity to go directly to Ashtagram and Ashtagram Haor. Must go broke. Again, the way to go in rainy season is one way, the way to go in winter is different. There are four main ways to get to Ashtagram.
Ashtagram by boat from Kuliarchar in Kishoreganj. Ashtagram by boat from Bajitpur in Kishoreganj. From Kishoreganj to Ashtagram via Mithamain. Ashtagram from Nikli in Kishoreganj. You should plan what time you go and which route is most convenient for you.
The route from Bajitpur to Ashtagram or Kishoreganj city via Mithamin is popular because it is easy and accessible all year round.
Take the train from Dhaka to Kishoreganj and get down at Bajitpur. Go to Dighirpar Ghat from Bajitpur station. From there you can cross the ferry to Ashtagram by easy bike during dry season. Or you can go to Ashtagram by local boat or reserve boat if the ferry is closed during monsoon.
If you are coming by bus, there is a BRTC bus service from Dhaka to Bajitpur. Besides, you can get CNG in Bajitpur from the bus stop by getting off any bus going from Golapbagh in Dhaka to Kishoreganj. From Bajitpur Bazar come to Dighir Par by easy bike or CNG.
Or take any train to Bhairav railway station, take a rickshaw to Bhairav Bazar. From there you can reach Bajitpur by local CNG.
If you want to go to Ashtagram via Kishoreganj district headquarters, come to Balikhola Ghat from Kishoreganj. During dry season you can go to Mithamine by crossing the ferry by easybike/motorcycle. From there you can go to Ashtagram via Haor Road by Easybike/Motorbike.
If the ferry is closed during monsoon, you can go to Ashtagram by local boat or reserve boat.
