Shuvo Sondha Sea Beach

Shuvo Sondha Sea Beach is a beautiful beach located in Nalbunia of Nishanbaria Union of Taltali Upazila of Barguna District , surrounded by the waves of the ocean and green sea . The confluence of Payra, Vishkhali and Baleshwar rivers adds to the diversity of the nearly 4 km long bela land. Shubo Sandhya adjacent to Sonakata Ecopark is basically a char of Nalbuniya area.

About 15 km from Taltali Upazila Sadar, the open air and eye-catching natural beauty of Shubha Sandhya Beach attract tourists. Shubo Sandhya Beach is a part of Bangladesh's 2nd largest mangrove forest, Tengragiri, with a verdant array of greenery along the sea shores and wildlife roaming freely. Shubo Sandhya beach is fast gaining popularity among tourists who want to spend time in silence as there is less crowd of visitors compared to conventional beaches.

Barguna can be reached by road and sea from Dhaka. Express Paribahan, Sakura Paribahan, Abdullah Paribahan and several other bus services operate on this route from Gabtali and Syedabad in Dhaka.

And M from Sadarghat launch terminal in Dhaka. V Yuvraj – 2, MV Nusrat-2, M. V. Several other direct and local launches including Yuvraj – 4 depart for Barguna between 5 pm and 6 pm. The deck fare of these launches is 250 to 350 and the single cabin fare is 800 to 1000 taka.

Sandhya Beach located in Nishanbaria Union can be reached by bus or motorbike from Barguna through Taltali Upazila.
