Padma Resort has a total of 16 duplex cottages. Each cottage is made up of one large bedroom, two single bedrooms and a drawing room. There are also two beautiful balconies and a bathroom. Each cottage made of bamboo and palm wood can easily accommodate 8 people. The cottages are well organized and clean. During monsoons the cottages look like floating islands in the water realm and in winters the cottages are surrounded by colorful flowers. 12 cottages are named after Bengali 12 month names and remaining 4 cottages are named after seasons. If you want to stay a little quieter, you can choose the cottages on the west side known as Bangla Maser.

Outside the cottage, you can relax on the luxurious beach chairs to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Padma or ride a horse on the banks of Padma. Padma Resort can be an ideal place to hang out with friends. Here you can play football, badminton, beach volleyball, kite flying, frisbee with friends.

If you want to travel by boat, various small and big boats are arranged at Padma Resort. You can visit Padma by rubber boat, speed boat or country boat or you can go fishing by fishing boat. Keeping in mind the safety of travelers, life jackets are provided on every boat.

You can go to Lauhjung by bus from Gulisthan of Dhaka to Gangchil or Hilsa Paribahan. 70 rupees per person may be charged. And if you want to go from Mirpur 10, Farmgate or Shahbagh, the independent transport bus will take you to Laujong.

Again, you can take the Great Vikrampur Paribahan bus from Gulisthan to Mawa Ferry Ghat and take a rickshaw or auto rickshaw at the Laujung Chowrasta junction to reach Padma Resort in a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. In this case the road map will be: Mawa Ferry Ghat > ​​Laujong Chowrasta Mor > Laujong Police Station > Padma Resort

And if you take your own car, you have to pay 60 taka toll at two places on the road. To park the car, you have to go in front of Laujong police station. Motorized boats and speedboats are available at Masjid Ghat near Lauhjong Police Station. You can go to Padma Resort by renting a trawler for Tk 50.

From Mawa to Padma Resort directly to the resort by the resort's own speedboat from Mawa ferry wharf. And if you contact in advance, the resort's boat will take you to the shore on rent and then return you to the ghat. From Mawa by road by auto or CNG, go to Ghoradaur/Lauhajong, there you will be dropped at the trawler ghat, then you will be taken to Padma Resort for a trawler fare of Tk 50 per person.

Renting a cottage from 10 am to 6 pm costs Tk 2300 (including VAT). And if from 10 am to 10 am the next day, the rent of the cottage will be 3450 taka (including VAT). If you want to go around the chest of Padma, the speedboat costs about 2500 taka per hour, the sampan boat takes 1200 taka per hour and the trawler has to pay 600 taka per hour.

Padma Resort has a well-furnished restaurant, where around 200 people can dine together at 20 tables. If you want to eat lunch and dinner at this restaurant, you have to collect food token by paying 300 taka per person including 15% VAT at the resort office. The lunch menu usually consists of rice, hilsa fries (1 piece), chicken (1 piece), vegetables, salad, etc. It will take 100 taka to have breakfast in this restaurant with vegetables, eggs and tea. Drinking water has to be bought with separate money, which is not related to food money.
