Shadhinota Jadughor (Shadhinota Jadughor) has been established by Tofail Ahmed Trustee Board in Banglabazar area of Bhola to inform the young generation about the true history of the Great War of Independence. Renowned architect Ferdous Ahmed designed this attractive recreation center in Bhola built on an area of about an acre. The complete history of anti-British movement, language movement of 52, United Front election of 54, student movement of 62, six points of 66, popular uprising of 69, election of 70 and the great liberation war of 71 has been preserved in the Independence Museum. In addition, there is an opportunity to learn about the history of Bangladesh by watching informational videos and rare photo collections.
On the first floor of the Independence Museum, there is a series of history of various historical events including Partition of Bengal, Anti-British movement, Partition of the country and 52 language movement. The second floor contains the history of Bangladesh's freedom struggle from the language movement of 1952 to December 16, 1971. And on the third floor there is the history of various movements and struggles after independence. Apart from this, there is the story of the struggle life of the freedom fighter Tofail Ahmed, a close companion of the father of the nation, who witnessed all the democratic movements and achievements of Bangladesh.
