Dharmasagar Dighi Comilla

Dharmasagar Dighi is located in the center of Comilla district city. It is believed that between 1750 and 1808 AD, King Dharmapala of the Prajahitishi Pala dynasty dug the Dharmasagar lake to alleviate the water shortages of the then famine-stricken people. The Dighi was named Dharmasagar Dighi after him. A children's park has been constructed to the north of Dharmasagar Dighi.
