Banshkhali Sea Beach Chittagong

Apart from Cox's Bazar, Patenga or Kuakata beach, there are several lesser known beaches in Bangladesh. Banshkhali Sea Beach, located about 43 km from Chittagong district city, is also an unconventional travel destination. Banshkhali Beach, surrounded by sandy beaches and zhauban, is the 2nd largest beach in Bangladesh after Cox's Bazar. It covers a total area of ​​37 km along the Chanua, Gandamara, Saral, Baharchhara, Khankhanabad coasts.

Banskhali Beach is an ideal place for those who love solitude. The view of the sunset on the horizon wide ocean, the free roaming of red crabs or the joy of playing beach football in a group gives travelers an unearthly fulfillment. If you want to go to Banskhali beach, come to Chittagong city from Dhaka or any part of Bangladesh. From New Bridge/Bahaddarhat bus terminal of Chittagong city, you can take CNG or bus from Gunagari Bazar to local CNG and go to Banshkhali Beach.

One can easily go from Chittagong during the day and return in the afternoon or evening. You will find different quality hotels in Station Road, GEC Mor or Agrabad area of ​​Chittagong.
