Seema Buddha Bihar Patuakhali

The traditional Misripara Seema Buddha Temple is located in front of the ancient well of Kuakata in Patuakhali district. Kuakata is about 8 km from the beach. The meditating Buddha statue made of ancient Ashtametal weighing 37 manas is believed to be the largest in the subcontinent. Besides, the most Rakhine villages are located near this temple.
