Binodia Family Park Jessore

Binodia Family Park has been constructed at a place called Shantala in Jessore Cantonment, just five kilometers away from Jessore district town. Lt. Col. Faiz Ahmed built Binodia Family Park in 1998.

For entertainment, Binodia Family Park has various interesting rides, mini zoo, children's park, river, Robin Hood's house, artificial fountain, conference room and dining facilities. The park has facilities for organizing any kind of cultural events including picnics, reunions. Initially the park was open to all, but later entry was ticketed. Binodia Family Park is open to visitors seven days a week from 8 am to 6 pm.

The entrance ticket to the park costs Tk 20 for any adult visitor and Tk 10 for children. Children have to buy tickets for 10 to 20 taka to enjoy various rides. Binodia Family Park is open from 8 am to 6 pm.

1000 to 3500 rupees to rent a spot with kitchen, water and carpet facilities. Apart from this, the park fee is Rs 500 per hour for organizing any kind of cultural events including reunions. Parking for bus, micro/jeep and motorbike at Binodia Family Park requires payment of Tk 100, Tk 20 and Tk 10 respectively.

From any part of Bangladesh you have to come to Jessore district city by rickshaw or easy bike and come to Palbari intersection. Binodia Park can be reached by easy bike from Palbari Junction.

There are several government rest houses and residential hotels in Jessore for overnight stay. Among them Hassan, Manihar, Midtown, Midway, Nayan, Chowdhury, Grand Hotel and Magpie are notable.

You can try Jessore's famous Jamtala Sweets, Date Jaggery Para Sandesh and Vija Pitha. Besides, if you have time, you can also taste the Malai tea of ​​Dharmatala and the famous Chui Jhal food of Chuk Nagar.
